Key Responsibilities:
Handle First-mile (FM) & Last-mile (LM) operational tickets
Coordinate with internal Ops teams and courier partners for resolution
Respond to seller queries with timely updates and closures
Monitor ticket ageing and ensure SLA adherence
Maintain operational trackers and performance reports
Escalate critical cases proactively
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations
Valuable understanding of FM & LM operations
Experience in handling operational escalations/tickets
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive working knowledge of Excel (lookup, pivot, reporting, trackers, etc.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
