We're looking for a Business Development Executive – Events & Publications to join our team and drive business growth across our portfolio of publications, conferences, events, and awards. If you have experience in B2 B sales, media, events, publications, conferences, awards, sponsorships, or delegate acquisition, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
Drive business development across publications, conferences, events, and awards
Identify and acquire delegates, speakers, awardees, sponsors, and participating organisations
Generate new B2 B leads through research, networking, outreach, referrals, and other channels
Build strong relationships with CXOs, senior professionals, decision-makers, and industry leaders
Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure
Identify recent markets, industries, and business prospects
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and publication initiatives
Achieve business development and revenue targets What We're Looking For 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in:



Media & Publications Conferences & Events Awards & Recognition B2 B Business Development Delegate / Speaker Acquisition Sponsorship & Partnership Sales Candidates from media houses, event companies, publishing companies, conference organisations, or similar B2 B businesses will be preferred. You should have:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities
A proven ability to generate opportunities and close business
Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and industry leaders
A target-oriented and self-driven approach
The ability to work independently in a remote environment Healthcare Experience – An Advantage Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage, especially in:
Healthcare conferences & events
