Banking Operations Associate Manager – Commercial Banking Experience: 10–14 Years Qualification: B. Com Location: Bengaluru Shift: Predominantly Night Shift Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking Operations qualified to manage end-to-end Commercial Lending and Loan Servicing operations, lead large teams, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns, disbursements, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, fees, and payoffs.
Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, and loan servicing activities.
Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and compliance.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office, Agent Banks, Borrowers,



and other parties.
Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operational efficiency.
Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management. Requirements
10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.
Robust knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, Loan Documentation & Servicing.
Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience with n Cino/ACBS is preferred.
