We are seeking agile and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) with prior experience in the IT Sales industry. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects in the IT sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present IT products and services to prospective clients and provide tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.




Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in selling software solutions, web development, or mobile applications.
Understanding of digital marketing and IT services.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
