Customer Support Executive – Full Time

We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive to join The Nesavu team in Coimbatore.

This is not a telecalling or sales calling role. The role is mainly about helping customers with their orders and giving them a smooth support experience.

You’ll be handling:
Customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and other channels
Order status, delivery, exchange and product-related queries
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Following up on pending customer concerns
Maintaining clear and polite communication with customers

We’re looking for someone who is patient, organised, valuable at communication and genuinely comfortable handling customers.

Full time | In-house
Coimbatore

Previous customer support / e-commerce experience is a plus. Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: From ₹13,468.00 per month
