Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Hospital Billing Executive to manage patient billing, cash transactions, insurance/TPA billing, and discharge billing while ensuring accuracy, timely documentation, and excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate OPD, IPD, and Emergency patient bills.
Process discharge bills promptly and coordinate with concerned departments.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Process TPA, insurance, and corporate billing documentation.
Verify billing entries, discounts, approvals, and package charges.
Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Doctors for billing clarification.
Generate daily billing and collection reports.
Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Resolve patient billing queries professionally.




Follow NABH documentation standards and hospital billing procedures.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in hospital billing.
Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of TPA and insurance billing.
Valuable communication and computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
