Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Sales Head – Product Sales with a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding distribution networks, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive sales growth for pharmaceutical products across assigned territories.
Lead, motivate, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, hospitals, pharmacies, retailers, and institutional customers.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
