Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and support fundraising and awareness initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, campaign execution, basic SEO/SEM, and digital analytics, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage both paid and organic digital marketing activities.
Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through digital channels.
Manage and grow social media platforms.
Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives.
Ensure timely delivery of digital campaign assets.
Maintain consistency in campaign messaging and branding.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and key metrics.
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
Research the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Suggest new campaign ideas and strategies to improve engagement.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Good understanding of social media marketing and campaign execution.
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
Familiarity with Canva and digital analytics platforms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects.
Ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Passion for social impact and storytelling is an advantage.
