We are looking for a CRM / Telecaller to handle customer calls, collect feedback, follow up on customer concerns, and support pharmacy-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to customers and collect feedback.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
Follow up on customer concerns until resolution.
Coordinate with pharmacy teams regarding customer issues.
Collect and upload pharmacy bills.
Check and maintain bill records.
Follow up with stores for pending information or documents.
Prepare daily call and feedback reports.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Escalate key issues to the concerned team or management.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
