Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Operate the POS/billing system and generate customer bills.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash collections.
Handle cash counter opening and closing procedures.
Verify bills, discounts, offers, and payment receipts.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the cash counter.
Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages to the supervisor.
Follow cafe policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid numerical and cash-handling skills.
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
