Role & responsibilities:
Lead the full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) for ERP, RFQ software, and enterprise SaaS platform implementations.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients to diagnose operational challenges and collaborate with internal IT teams for resolution.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business processes, requirements, and pain points.
Configure software modules as per client-specific requirements and business rules.
Design functional requirement, project plan, test cases, and execute UAT cycles in coordination with end-users and business stakeholders.
Conduct manual testing of software modules to validate functionality, usability, and data accuracy.
Desired Skills:
ERP or enterprise SaaS platform knowledge (implementation experience preferred)
Solid stakeholder communication and management.
Advanced MS Excel, Power Point, Project Management, Knowledge of AI Tools and prompts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile setting.
