As a Career Guide, you will understand students career aspirations and will guide them to enroll to the suitable course and support them throughout the admission process from walk-in till enrolment.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Handle learner walk-ins and provide course & career guidance.
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry(Preferred Kannada speaking candidate)
Bachelors degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong communication & counselling skills.
