Yabx, a FinTech undertaking, aims at simplifying financial access to over two billion unbanked people in the emerging markets of Africa, Asia, and Latin America using the mobile phone device.

With an ambition to democratize such access, Yabx aspires to provide financial services to the under-served. Role- Technical Operations
Location- Gurugram, HR

Responsibilities
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system and application issues.
Perform application log backup and maintenance.
Analyze system issues and provide effective resolutions.
Configure and troubleshoot load balancers (experience with Nginx is an added advantage).
Troubleshoot networking issues, including routing, connectivity, and VPN-related problems.




Work extensively on Linux environments and develop/maintain Shell scripts.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Software Development).
Document technical knowledge, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the form of notes and technical manuals.
Perform detailed troubleshooting and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the source of issues and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and system stability.

Requirements & Skills
68 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
Robust hands-on experience with Linux and Shell Scripting.
Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Positive understanding of networking concepts, including routing, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with application log analysis and system maintenance.
Knowledge of load balancer configuration and troubleshooting; Nginx experience is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
