Role & Responsibilities
Identify new applications and use cases for existing products to develop creative solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
Engage with customers to support technical implementation, integration, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Evaluate products and solutions; develop and maintain product catalogs and support business/sales targets.
Identify prospects for current product development and product enhancements through customer and market feedback.
Provide technical inputs to Sales teams and customers on product capabilities, applications, and solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience with embedded systems, IoT, and communication protocols such as Modbus, DLMS, and TCP/IP.
Strong knowledge of energy metering, communication technologies, and Smart Metering Architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in the Energy, Power, Metering, or Utilities industry will be an advantage
