Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop current customers in CNC machine tool, automation, aerospace, defence, automotive, and precision engineering industries.
Promote rotary tables, indexers, and related machine tool accessories.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end customers.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Understand customer machining applications and recommend suitable rotary table solutions.
Select appropriate rotary table models based on load capacity, indexing accuracy, torque, and machine compatibility.
Support customers in integration with CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Heidenheim.
Assist customers with layout drawings, interface requirements, and installation planning.
Coordinate with engineering teams for special applications and custom solutions.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities when required.

Technical Support Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Prepare application notes, technical proposals,



and customer presentations.
Coordinate with production and service teams for delivery schedules and customer support.
Support exhibitions, machine tool shows, and customer training programs.

Qualifications
Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
3 to 8 years of experience in CNC machine tools, rotary tables, work holding systems, or industrial automation sales.
Experience with CNC VMC machining centres is preferred.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine tools.
Understanding of rotary tables, indexing systems, and clamping mechanisms.
Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical discussions.
