Requirements
Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium salon.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills to handle client concerns gracefully.

Responsibilities
Providing thorough consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences, and explaining services, prepaids, treatments, and products in a explicit and knowledgeable manner.
Staff management: Handling conflicts and fostering a positive team workplace, taking care of staff's well-being and career development, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback etc.
Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
