Initiates and manages outbound or inbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Their primary goals are to promote products or services, generate leads, and support the sales process by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate CRM databases.
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact prospective leads and respond to customer queries based on established scripts.
Lead Conversion: Explain the features and advantages of products or services to persuade prospects and schedule follow-up appointments or close sales.
Customer Support: Address client grievances, resolve uncertainties, and provide an excellent overall consumer experience.
