About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency Management Trainee Generalist who is comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment and taking ownership of whatever is required to move business metrics forward.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership on high-priority business initiatives. Identify problems, find solutions, and execute independently.
Support digital marketing, growth, social media, and business operations.
Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns and track performance. Support social media strategy, content, and digital campaigns.
Analyse business metrics and identify areas for improvement. Own projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution and measurement.
Work across functions and take on whatever is required to move the metric. Experiment, learn quickly, and continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements
6 months 1 year of experience, preferably in a startup environment. B.Tech/B.E. from IITs or NITs.




Candidates from any engineering branch can be considered, with preference for CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, and other circuital branches.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and Meta Ads.
Solid execution skills and a bias toward action.
