Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft 365 workplace, including Exchange Server, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Provide technical support for MS Exchange administration tasks such as mailbox management, distribution groups, public folders, and Outlook configuration.
Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures (bounces), password resets, account lockouts, and other common problems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data security and backup/recovery processes.
