§ Inventory control

§ Trouble shooting in plant

§ Ensure operator check sheet, M/c check sheet filling etc.

§ Operator training

§ Daily field management.

§ Production monitoring and control.

§ Monitoring and control of Production indicators and take quick countermeasures.

§ Keep track of the breakdowns and take steps to minimize the downtime.

§ Inter-department co-ordination.

§ Review of the critical process results, round inspection etc.

§ Periodic audit to detect any abnormalities and take countermeasures.

§ Preparation of MIS and Production data analysis.

Qualifications

B.Tech - Chemical with 3 Years relevant experience
