Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Work towards assigned sourcing and recruitment targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates must have completed their MBA in HR.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
Candidates should be willing to commit to the 6-month internship period.
