Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Priority Concepts.

The ideal candidate should have 25 years of hands-on accounting experience, valuable attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic reports.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
Support the management and external accountant/auditor with required information and documents.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.




Assist with statutory compliance and other accounting activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic to valuable computer skills.
Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
Experience in a trading, retail, lighting, electrical, interiors, or similar business will be an advantage.
