Job Title: IP Billing Manager
Department: Hospital Billing / Revenue Cycle Management
Experience: 5–10+ years in hospital billing, preferably with IP billing and insurance/TPA experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Inpatient (IP) billing cycle from admission through discharge and final settlement.
Supervise and guide IP billing executives and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor billing accuracy for room charges, pharmacy, diagnostics, procedures, packages, and other hospital services.
Review and approve high-value, complex, and disputed bills.
Coordinate with Insurance/TPA, Finance, Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, and other departments.
Monitor insurance pre-authorizations, interim bills, final bills, and claim documentation.
Track unbilled revenue, pending bills, deductions, denials, and outstanding insurance claims.
Ensure timely discharge billing and minimize billing delays.
Identify billing errors, revenue leakages, and process gaps and implement corrective actions.




Monitor daily/monthly billing targets and prepare MIS and management reports.
Handle patient/attendant billing escalations and resolve complaints.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance/TPA requirements, and applicable billing procedures.
Train staff on billing processes, hospital software, documentation, and customer service.
Conduct regular audits of IP bills and maintain billing controls.
Support management in improving revenue collection, billing efficiency, and overall revenue cycle performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
