Role & responsibilities:
Assist with procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
Monitor inventory and maintain stock records.
Create and track purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain supply chain documentation and reports.
Analyse supply chain data and identify process improvements.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree in operations management. Bachelors degree in mechanical or BCom.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust written and verbal English communication.
Positive interpersonal skills.
