We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel students regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle walk-in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries professionally.
Explain course details, fee structures, and career prospects to prospective students
Maintain regular communication with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.




Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, walk-ins, and admission process

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling abilities
Positive attitude and qualified behavior
Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage.
