Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Event Management Executive who can independently handle end-to-end event management, from planning and coordination to on-ground execution.

The role involves event planning, vendor coordination, production, travel arrangements, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
Handle events end-to-end, from planning to final execution.
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, decorators, venues, artists, and other service providers.
Manage event production, setup, branding, and on-ground requirements.
Plan and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and logistics for events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Manage event schedules, checklists, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct venue visits and coordinate pre-event preparations.
Handle on-ground event operations and resolve issues during events.
Ensure all event requirements are completed as per plan and timelines.
Travel to different locations as required for events.




Prepare and maintain event-related documentation, quotations, and expense records.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in event management or event operations.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel as required for events.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable with on-ground execution.
Experience in event production and logistics will be preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Experience
Event Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Event Operations/Production: 1 year (Preferred)
Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
