Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in logistics and transportation.
Acquire recent clients through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Develop a solid sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand logistics requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote transportation, freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
Prepare competitive freight quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
Market Research
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.
Identify current industries and regions for business expansion.




Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Coordination
Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer service teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
Ensure timely vehicle placement and service delivery for customers.
Documentation
Prepare customer onboarding documents, contracts, and service agreements.
Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer databases in CRM or ERP systems.
Collections
Follow up with clients for timely payments.
Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve billing or payment issues.
Reporting
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update management on sales activities, customer feedback, and revenue forecasts.
