We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can own end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires someone who is not just posting content, but driving brand growth, engagement, and revenue through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly social media strategy & content calendar
Align campaigns with sales, product launches, and marketing goals
Identify trends, reels formats, and viral prospects

Content Execution
Plan and execute Instagram, Facebook, YouTube content
Coordinate with design + video + performance team
Ensure premium brand positioning (luxury tone)

Performance & Analytics
Track engagement, reach, CTR, conversions
Optimize content based on data insights
Weekly & monthly reporting

Paid Ads Management
Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
A/B test creatives, audiences, and campaigns
Work on ROI & cost optimization

Influencer & Collaboration
Identify and manage influencers & creators
Handle collaboration campaigns & barter deals
Track influencer ROI

Cross-functional Coordination
Work with SEO,



CRM, and website team
Support campaign launches (sale, product drop, etc.)
Ensure brand consistency across channels

Required Qualifications
3–5 years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
Robust understanding of Instagram growth & content strategy
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience in analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify / E-commerce brands
Knowledge of Amazon / marketplace marketing
Basic understanding of SEO & content marketing
Creative thinking + trend spotting ability

Work Hours
Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
