ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring an experienced, target-driven Senior Career Consultant for our B-School team — someone who can counsel prospective students, drive admissions, and also mentor a small team of junior consultants toward their targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel prospective students on programs, career fit, and the admission process.
Generate, follow up, and convert leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Academic teams for a smooth admission experience.
Mentor and guide junior Career Consultants; review performance and share feedback.
Own team-level targets and help shape counselling/sales strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2–3 years in career counselling, educational sales, admissions, or inside sales.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven target-achievement track record and team leadership/mentoring ability.




Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.

SALES SKILLS
Consultative selling — matching program offerings to student goals and needs.
Lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
Persuasive pitching and objection handling to move prospects toward decision.
Negotiation skills to close admissions while maintaining program value.
Solid follow-up cadence and consistency across the admission cycle.
Ability to read buying signals and adapt pitch to different student profiles.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Lead-to-admission conversion rate and monthly target achievement.
Revenue generation and CRM/lead-management accuracy.
Team target achievement and junior consultant development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
