Job Summary

Develop new business relationships for hospitals or healthcare service providers through corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelments, referral networks and institutional partnerships. Build robust relationships with corporate, insurance and healthcare stakeholders to drive new empanelments and referral revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach corporate companies, insurance TPAs and referral doctors for empanelment.
Present hospital services, specialties and package offerings to corporate HR and administration teams.
Negotiate corporate health packages and MoUs.
Develop and maintain referral networks with doctors and clinics in the catchment area.
Organise health camps,



CMEs and corporate wellness events.
Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to support a seamless patient experience.
Track empanelment renewals and maintain the relationship calendar.
Analyse patient referral data and identify business growth opportunities.

Requirements
Any Graduate; healthcare management or MBA preferred.
0–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare business development.
Experience in corporate and TPA empanelment.
Referral network development skills.
Health camp and CME organisation experience.
Negotiation skills for MoUs and healthcare packages.
Ability to analyse and track referral data.
English and Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,800.00 per month
