Main work
Enter daily sales in Busy.
Maintain customer-wise sales records.
Check stock availability before billing.
Maintain item-wise stock in Busy.
Record stock inward/outward.
Prepare sales invoices.
Check physical stock vs Busy stock.
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch.
Record sales returns and stock adjustments.
Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Identify any mismatch between physical stock and Busy.
Keep Busy data updated every day.
Candidate requirements
2–4 years experience
Busy Accounting Software experience is compulsory
Experience in sales entry + inventory/stock management
Positive Excel knowledge
Garment/wholesale experience preferred
Should be able to independently operate Busy for daily sales and stock work.
Pay: ₹9,140.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
