Position Overview
Job Title: EV Fleet & LCV Sales Specialist
Department: Commercial Vehicles / Electric Mobility
Experience Required: Automotive dealership sales experience (LCV or commercial segment preferred)

Key Responsibilities
EV Sales & Consultative Pitching: Sell electric light commercial vehicles to business owners, fleet operators, and last-mile logistics companies.
TCO & Range Analysis: Demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings, battery range efficiency, and charging infrastructure advantages compared to diesel or petrol LCVs.
Test Drive Management: Organize and manage commercial test drives and load-capacity demonstrations for prospective business clients.
Financing & Subsidy Guidance: Assist commercial buyers with EV-specific commercial financing options, bank loans, and government green subsidies or EV policies if any is available time to time based on govt green mobilty initiatives.
B2B Relationship Building: Network with local transport unions, delivery hubs,



and corporate fleet managers to generate bulk leads.
Product Knowledge Advocacy: Maintain up-to-date expertise on battery technology, payload capacities, charging speeds, and competitor EV models.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of automotive retail or dealership sales experience, with a proven track record in the commercial vehicle or LCV sector.
Skills: Solid B2B negotiation skills, commercial financial acumen (ROI and TCO calculations), and effective communication.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of EV ecosystems, charging standards, and commercial vehicle registration norms.
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
