Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and day-to-day warehouse operations for our decorative lighting business.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of warehouse/inventory experience, basic computer skills, and positive attention to detail. Experience handling electrical, lighting, interior, furniture, or other fragile products will be an advantage.

Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
Receive and verify incoming products against invoices and delivery documents.
Check products for quantity, model, specifications, and visible damage.
Maintain accurate stock records for all products.
Handle inward and outward stock entries.
Pick and prepare products for customer deliveries and dispatches.
Pack decorative lighting products carefully to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
Organize products systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the showroom, sales, and delivery teams regarding stock availability.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory movements.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized,



and secure.
Report damaged, missing, or mismatched stock to the concerned team.
Assist with periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Experience maintaining stock records and inventory entries.
Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to identify and track different products/SKUs.
Responsible, disciplined, and organized.
Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse activities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Experience with decorative lighting, electrical products, interiors, furniture, or similar products will be an advantage.
