Position: VOE Specialist

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
Compensation: Up to 5 LPA
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of qualified calling experience, preferably in:
US Mortgage VOE Process (Must)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualified work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
Familiarity with mortgage-related software/tools.
Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to HR departments and employers to perform Verbal Verification of Employment (VVOE).
Review and validate W-2 forms, pay stubs, and tax returns for accuracy and consistency.
Utilize third-party verification platforms such as The Work Number, Equifax, and Truv to obtain employment data.
Ensure all verification activities comply with RESPA, FHA, and VA loan requirements.
