Design and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring aesthetic quality, functionality, code compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, landscape, interior) and consultants.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning, accessibility and sustainability standards.
Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, 3D models, and client presentations.
Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve design/construction issues.
Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality control.
Prepare permit submissions and respond to regulatory reviews.
Mentor junior staff and review their deliverables.
Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture .




Licensed Architect (or eligible for licensure) preferred.
5+ years professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar CAD/BIM tools.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) preferred.
Strong understanding of building systems, materials, detailing and construction methods.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
Robust graphic, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
Valuable project management, coordination, and client-facing skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Desirable:
Experience with sustainable design certifications.
Experience in residential/commercial/institutional project types.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical competency.
