About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS.
Handle taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.




Support management with financial insights and decision-making.
Work on payroll processing and expense management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Experience with Tally, Excel, and financial tools
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education or EdTech sector
Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace
