Criteria :

(Must have)
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 12 years of overall experience working in a telesales outbound sales process for domestic region with atleast 2 years at a Manager level
Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies
Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Criteria :
