Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty to join the academic team at Crimson Schools. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should have a solid conceptual foundation in relevant subject, effective communication and mentoring skills, and a result-oriented teaching approach to help students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive and concept-based classroom sessions in relevant subject for JEE/NEET aspirants.
Develop and review lecture plans, assignments, and question papers aligned with exam patterns.
Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions to address student learning gaps.
Track student performance, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable progress.




Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance teaching content and delivery methods.
Maintain high academic standards and align teaching with Crimson’s pedagogy.
Participate in faculty training sessions, parent interactions, and academic reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching for JEE/NEET preparation.
Preferred: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing students in competitive exams.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
