Position: Delivery Incharge

Department: Vehicle Sales / Operations

Experience: 1–5 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage recent vehicle delivery activities.

Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery as per customer commitments.

Verify vehicle documentation, registration, insurance, and accessories before delivery.

Coordinate with Sales, RTO, Insurance, and Accounts teams for smooth delivery processes.

Maintain vehicle stock and delivery records.

Schedule customer delivery appointments and ensure a positive delivery experience.

Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicle quality standards.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly delivery targets.

Resolve delivery-related customer queries and concerns.





Prepare delivery reports and update management regularly.

Required Skills

Knowledge of automobile dealership operations.

Robust coordination and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of vehicle registration and insurance processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Customer-focused approach and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in automobile dealerships (Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, or Two-Wheeler).

Ability to handle multiple deliveries and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
