Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations for the automobile organization.
Handle the complete employee onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, induction and coordination with departments.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and other HR operational activities.
Coordinate recruitment and joining requirements as needed.
Ensure smooth communication between employees, management and other departments.
Support HR policies, compliance and process implementation.
Mandatory Requirements
Solid knowledge of the automobile industry and its HR processes.
Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee onboarding.
Valuable understanding of manufacturing/automobile workforce practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
