About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hardworking female Helper Staff to support our Sales Team and handle day-to-day backend activities at our store.

The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in a retail/store helper or support role and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day store activities.
Support sales staff in arranging and organizing merchandise.
Help with stock movement, folding, tagging, packing, and unpacking products.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales floor and backend/storage areas.




Assist in moving and arranging garments/products within the store.
Support with backend and inventory-related activities as required.
Help with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing current merchandise.
Assist the sales team during busy hours and customer requirements.
Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available for the sales team.
Perform other store-support duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements
Retail / store helper experience is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Should be physically active and comfortable handling store-related work.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
