Mentoring and teaching nurses and care givers. Conducting induction program for nurses and care givers. Makes monthly In-service calendar, induction program details and send it to all other concerned departments. Impart continuing education through mini workshops re demonstration of skills and hands on training for nurses and care givers in each CCF. Assist for making current nursing protocol, modify and update the existing protocols. Keep records and reports of all training and present monthly for QI meetings. Help the Nursing Superintendent to making new forms and formats, audit chick list etc. Assist the Nursing Superintendent to planning, organizing and conducting nursing certification programs Assist the Infection Control Nurse to make new forms and formats, audit chick list etc. Keeps abreast of new of current developments training techniques methods and programs. Plans co-ordinate and conduct variety of nursing education programs.



Proactive member of nursing and quality improvement programs. Conducting code drills. Inservice training evaluation (pre and post-test). Co-ordinate the doctors, Physiotherapy, Biomedical and Dietary classes in CCF. Educate technical and patient care staff in the use of new equipment, supplies, and instruments. Designing, delivering, and evaluating educational data for nurses and care givers. Making and reviewing educational material (Text books/ppt). Conducting interviews for nurses and care givers. Assessment and evaluation of existing staffs (Nurses and Care givers).

Pay: ₹25,981.89 - ₹35,219.45 per month
