We are seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the QA/QC department for a major Highway Project in Jharkhand. You will be responsible for ensuring that all pavement, structural, and earthworks meet the stringent standards set by the NHAI/MoRTH.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
12+ years of experience in construction quality management
Mandatory expertise in large-scale Highway/Expressway projects
In-depth knowledge of MoRTH specifications and IRC codes
Experience in setting up and managing site laboratories for soil, bitumen, and concrete testing
Proven track record in handling quality audits and implementing Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
