About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding our physiotherapy and rehabilitation products and providing product knowledge, demonstrations and training to our field employees.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the company's physiotherapy, rehabilitation and healthcare products.
Explain product features, uses, perks and applications to field employees.
Conduct product training and demonstrations for the sales/field team.
Train field employees on the proper usage and demonstration of products.
Provide technical support to the sales team regarding physiotherapy products.
Assist field employees during customer, hospital and healthcare professional visits when required.
Handle product-related queries from field employees and customers.
Collect market and customer feedback regarding products.
Prepare product presentations and training materials.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Educational Qualification
BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) – Preferred
MPT will be an added advantage.
Candidates with a relevant Diploma/Certificate in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation may also be considered based on experience.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, medical devices, orthopedic products or healthcare products.
Experience in product demonstration or training will be preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain product perks clearly and practically.
Positive training and demonstration skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
Confident and professional personality.
Willingness to travel occasionally for product demonstrations/training.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
