Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials for our ELV and Fire & Safety projects. The ideal candidate should have relevant procurement experience, solid vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for ELV and Fire & Safety projects.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing of procurement activities.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams to understand material requirements.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and identify new vendors.
Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintain procurement records, purchase orders,



and vendor documentation.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ELV, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, or Fire & Safety systems.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in the ELV or Fire & Safety industry.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kochi are encouraged to apply.
