Roles and Responsibilities
Boiler Operations: Start, operate, and shut down industrial boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and steam boilers safely while continuously monitoring steam pressure, oil pressure, temperature, and water levels.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance on pumps, valves, and feedwater systems, and quickly troubleshoot mechanical issues and leakages.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols and procedures in the plant.
Logbook Records: Maintain accurate daily logbooks, recording hourly boiler parameters, fuel consumption, and water treatment chemical levels.
