WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Expert to manage day-to-day HR operations, including HRMS administration, payroll coordination, statutory and labour law compliance, and the maintenance of accurate employee records and HR data. The role will also ensure smooth HR processes while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

HRMS Administration
Administer the HRMS, including organization structure, employee master, leave, attendance, workflows, and user access.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee master data and HR records.
Coordinate with HRMS vendors for issue resolution, testing, and system enhancements.
Provide user support and training on HRMS functionalities.
Generate HR MIS, reports, and dashboards to support business requirements.

Payroll Coordination
Assist in payroll related activities.

Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including EPF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act,



and the Shops & Establishments Act/Factory Act, as applicable.
Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance documentation, and compliance calendars.
Coordinate statutory filings, remittances, renewals, and support internal and external compliance audits.

Process Improvement
Support HR process automation and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations, including hands-on exposure to HRMS administration, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-location organizations will be preferred.
Solid expertise in HRMS/HRIS administration, payroll data management, HR MIS reporting, statutory and labour law compliance, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
