Led by medical head Dr. Meghna Mour, it offers a range of services, from dermatology and laser treatments to hair transplants, using US FDA-approved technology in a high-end, celebrity-endorsed environment. The clinic provides a personalized, luxurious experience for its clients.

Job Role

The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Clinic. This role is responsible for managing and executing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting the clinic’s administrative and customer service functions. The Front Office Executive will be well-groomed, personable, and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanour in a high-end clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Font Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring effective client flow and high-quality service delivery and guest relationship.



They will manage the client / patient appointments and scheduling, staff training, and conducting performance evaluations, while also fostering career development. Client care coordination is a key aspect of their role, as they address client enquiries, resolve complaints, and oversee or carry out scheduling and appointments to enhance client satisfaction. Compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate client records are crucial responsibilities. The Front Office Manager will also implement quality assurance initiatives, assist or support in developing marketing strategies, and manage medical technology and equipment. By balancing these various front office duties, the Front office Manager will ensure the clinic operates smoothly and effectively, providing excellent care and customer experience to clients.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
