The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help drive our goals by:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment and utilities.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives while ensuring EHS compliance.

Key Skills That Will Help You Succeed




ITI in Electrical or Electronics with 8 12 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Experience with PLC-controlled machines, pneumatics, hydraulics, AC drives, conveyors, and robotic systems.
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
