Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of site execution and structural inspection experience.
In-depth knowledge of IS codes, concrete mix designs, reinforcement checking, and BBS verification.
Proven track record in managing structural pour cards, cube testing logs, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
Excellent technical eye for alignment, leveling, and overall civil finishing quality.
